Attributes and Properties are not the same.
Attributes - HTML
Properties - DOM(Document Object Model)
Attributes initialize DOM properties and then type are done. Attribute values cannot change once they are initialized.
Property values however can change.

- 아래코드는 원하지 않는 결과를 보여준다. 편집을 할 수 없다.

- 이렇게 Property로 지정하면 편집할 수 있다.
